Our school is all about our team which includes everyone; children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community. We all work together to ensure your child happy, safe and loves learning.
The most important people...the children!
All the children know they belong to our team and the valuable part each one of them plays. We have four teams of children that make up Team Northfield - North, South, East and West. Each week they collect 'spotty dots' as rewards for good work and behaviour. We then add these up to earn team rewards!
The Staff
Our friendly team of highly experienced and friendly staff strive for the very best for every child in our care. We are lucky to have such dedication and enthusiam, which is the driving force in everything we do.

It would not be possible for us to have such a strong team without all the help and involvement of our Northfield families. We pride ourselves in involving you all in everything we do.
