In this section, you'll learn how to:
You can synchronize your Website's Order Status to Ninja Van's Order Status by setting up Webhooks in your Ninja Van Account. This will allow you to get Ninja Van's Parcel Tracking Status update in real-time, but also update your Website Order by mapping the order status. For example, if the Ninja Van order is completed, you can set the Website order status to completed also.
1. Login to your Website Admin Page
2. Go to Ninja Van Module
3. In the Module, click "Settings"
4. Ensure the "Status" is "Enable"
5. Scroll down until you see "Callback URL (Endpoint)
6. Copy the URL
7. Go back to Production Ninja Van Dashboard
8. Go to Settings > IT Settings > Webhooks
9. On the Webhook section click "Add a Webhook"
10. Insert these details:
Event: Pending Pickup
Version: 1.1
URL Endpoint: <Paste the Copied URL Endpoint>
11. Repeat step #10 for these Events:
Arrived at Sorting Hub
On Vehicle for Delivery
Completed
Canceled
Returned to Sender
12. The Webhook Events are mapped to these WooCommerce Statuses:
Pending Pickup = NV Pending Pickup
Arrived at Sorting Hub = NV In Transit
On Vehicle for Delivery = NV Out For Delivery
Completed = Completed
Cancelled = Cancelled
Returned to Sender = NV Return
Here are some of the default settings that you can set to the Plugin. You can find this setting in your Website Admin Dashboard > Ninja Van Module > Setting >
1. Pickup Required (Yes / No)
Select "Yes" if you want Ninja Van's Driver to come and collect the Parcel at your Pickup Address
Select "No" if you want to drop-off the parcel yourself at Ninja Van's PUDO Points
2. Pickup Timeslot (Select Timeslots)
There are multiple pickup timeslots that you can choose from, kindly select the one that you are most preferred or suggested by your Ninja Van Account Managers
1. AWB: Seller Information (Show / Hide)
Select "Show" if you want to show your Address Details on Waybills
"Select "Hide" if you want to hide your Address Details on Waybills
2. AWB: Order Items (Show / Hide)
Select "Show" if you want to display your Item Descriptions on Waybills
"Select "Hide" if you don't want to display your Item Descriptions on Waybills
1. Order Number as Requested Tracking Number
Ninja Van will use your WooCommerce Order Number as part of the generated Tracking Number
This is in order to prevent duplicate orders from being sent to Ninja Van and also to ease your cross-reference process
You can add a Prefix or a Suffix in between your Order Number if you use multiple Websites**
2. Tracking Prefix
Adds Value at the front of the Order Number. You can put any 2 alphabets. (A-Z)
3. Tracking Suffix
Adds Value at the end of the Order Number. You can put any 1 alphabet. (A-Z)
** if you use more than 1 website. Please use different prefixes and suffixes for each of the websites. Example:
Website 1 : AA (prefix) A(suffix)
Website 2 : BB (prefix) B (suffix)
1. Push to Ninja Van (Manual / Automatic)
This Plugin allows you to automatically push orders straight to Ninja Van based on the selected Order Status
2. Automatic Push When Order Status
Select Order Status (Pending / Processing / On Hold / Completed)
Based on the selection, any order that has the selected Status will trigger Auto Push to Ninja Van
Login to your Website Admin Page
Go to WASAPBOT Notification Module
Click "NV Pending Pickup"
4. Write new order messages for your customer (you can use Order Variable in your message)
5. Can refer "Available Variables for Custom Messages" for all order variable
6.Add %ninja_van_tracking_number% in Custom Variable
6. Click "Save"
7. Check Whatsapp if order are successfull
Repeat step 3 - 7 for other status

NV Out of Delivery
