2. I have more than 100 orders to fulfill daily but I can only select 20 orders at a time, can I increase the number?

1. • You can increase your Website Admin Page Order Limit view to more than 20 orders per page

   • Or you can use the "Auto Push Order to Ninja Van" Feature to ease your Shipping Order Creation Process

1. Error CLIENT ID AND CLIENT KEY not Authorized / Insufficient Permission

1. • Kindly check with your Ninja Van Sales Representative on whether the Authorization has been approved, if not kindly wait 3 - 7 working days

   • If already been authorized, kindly check the API Key, Client ID and Client Key on Ninja Van Dashboard Pro Account an ensure that it's correct
     

2. Error when Pushing Orders to Ninja Van

   • Kindly check with your Ninja Van Sales Representative on whether the Authorization has been approved, if not kindly wait 3 - 7 working days

   • If already been authorized, kindly check the API Key, Client ID and Client Key on Ninja Van Dashboard Pro Account an ensure that it's correct

   • If all the API keys checks out, kindly check on the Order itself

   • Go to WooCommerce > Orders > Click on any order

   • Scroll down until you see "Custom Fields" > "ninja_van_verbose" > Check on the Value, it's a descriptions on what the error is. Kindly fix on the error
