Connect to Ninja Van
These are the setup guidelines on how to Connect your Website to Ninja Van. What you need:
A Ninja Van Production Pro Account
A OnPay AccountÂ
Authorization Approval (1-3 working days)
Connect OnPay to Ninja Van
Do take note that the integration setup may take around 1 - 3 working days to get the Authorization Approval before you are able to use any of the integration features. You will be notified in your email and WhatsApp by your Ninja Van Sales Representative or Account Manager.Â
Our Integration Audit will comprise Order Create API audit before we grant the access in Production Environment
Request OnPay Integration Authorization Approval
Fill the form below OR Click on the link here to view the Request Form (if not shown)
Fill in your API key, Client ID & Client Key in our Integration Authorization Approval Form, and then click Submit
We'll inform you through email once your account is ready to use the integration
You will get this email to your registered email address same as login email on Ninjavan Dashboard.
API Setup
Once you have installed the plugin and updated your Address, kindly login to both your Website Admin Page and your Ninja Van Pro Account Dashboard (URL: https://dashboard.ninjavan.co/login-v2) to Setup the API Keys and also to request for Integration Authorization Approval.
Go to OnPay Dashboard
Go to TETAPAN > INTEGRASI PIHAK KETIGA
3. Go to NINJAVAN
4. Tick box "Aktifkan Ninja Van"
5. Login to your Ninja Van Production Pro Account Dashboard

6 Go to Settings > IT Settings
7. Go the API section
8. Copy the Production Api Key, Client ID & Client Key
If the API Key, Client ID and Client Key is not present, kindly click on the "REGENERATE CLIENT ID & KEY" Button
9. Paste Client ID & Client Key into input
10. Choose your desired option :
Pickup type - Scheduled pickup or NO pickup
Pickup Timeslot
Delivery Type - Standard
Suffix - *Put any 3 Alphabet - as example : OPN*
11. Tick "Kemaskini maklumat penghantaran secara automatik"
12. Fill in your sender's detail
13. Save on top-right corner
OnPay Setup
This is all the necessary settings that you need to set up in your Onpay .
Customer's Form (Borang Pembelian)
OnPay Dashboard > Senarai
Choose Kemaskini Borang > Pembelian
Make sure to tick Aktifkan Fungsi Penghantaran
Choose "Percuma" or "Berbayar"
- Berbayar (can set by flat rate or weight basis)Save
Customer's Form (Borang Pelanggan)
OnPay Dashboard > Senarai
Choose Kemaskini Borang > Pelanggan
Make sure to tick customer's email, phone number and address requirement.
Choose detailed addresses "Jenis Alamat - Terperinci"
Save
