We have been awarded funding from NIHR Centre for Engagement and Dissemination to undertake a small project to look at ways we can have stronger regional collaboration in the West Midlands
Our aim is to co-create a vision for effective collaborative working between organisations involving public contributors in the West Midlands.
The key objectives are:
To better understand and share the current capacity and infrastructure for supporting and delivering public involvement, engagement and participation in the West Midlands;
To identify the key components that will improve more effective collaborative working in the region;
To co-develop an early Vision and Strategic Objectives for a strong regional infrastructure in the West Midlands to facilitate more efficient and simpler pathways to involvement, engagement and participation;
To share our Vision and Strategic Objectives with regional stakeholders and provide an opportunity for them to consider what they can do individually and collectively to help us achieve our vision.
We are conducting a survey to understand how organisations support and deliver public involvement, engagement and participation in the West Midlands
