Nationally approved My Research Experience for 2026/27

This section contains the nationally approved templates for the adult and children and young people’s surveys for 2026/2027.

All Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDNs) and Delivery Organisations are required to use these approved surveys and are asked to not edit the question wording or any other text elements or the rating scale and not to add or remove questions. This is to reduce variation and increase the usefulness of the data.
