Writing for publication

Thank you to the team who worked on managing the creation of these resources from PalCaRe NWC, Lancaster University, Marie Curie, Sue Ryder, Hospice UK and the CRN. Many different people contributed to recording and writing resources, thank you. The aim is that these will be a living resource. We will add to these over time, and update them when needed.
