Welcome to the Research Engagement Toolkit!
This site is intended to complement other resources such as the 'Research in Wider Care and Communities Microsite and NIHR Learn Research Engagement Hub as part of a suite of resources to support you in your research engagement activities.
It is intended for all NIHR staff who engage health and care professionals, providers, and commissioners in research. This includes Research Nurses and AHPs, Clinical Research Practitioners, Agile Teams, and Local Specialty Research Leads.
The site is set as 'anyone on the internet can view to ensure staff based in universities and trusts will have access. Access to individual resources however may be restricted to specific communities and groups.

The NIHR Research Engagement Hub
Working together to embed research in health and care services
The Research Engagement Hub is a complementary learning resource for research delivery staff working on the frontline to deliver research in their NHS and care organisation. It is hosted on NIHR Learn and includes a Lunch & Learn Program as well as links to other learning communities.
The Lunch & Learn Program is a learning tool that helps to connect Network research delivery staff with the wider network through success stories. They showcase real innovative work being done in research that reflects the emerging ICS landscape. These online sessions comprise a presentation and a question and answer session.
