It's up to us as a community to make the Plan a reality. To lead that, a community-led Board - called the Opportunity Black Isle Board - was created in late 2025.  It started work in Spring 2026. 

The Board's job is to make the Plan happen by supporting, encouraging and persuading the public sector, community organisations and businesses.
