Testing Center Guidelines
Scheduling appointments
Students may schedule exams in the Testing Center by completing the Student eForms - Testing Appointments. All exams must be scheduled three business days prior to actual class testing day and time, weekends and holidays are excluded from the three business day time frame. Failure to schedule exams within the three business day time period will require a student to take the exam in classroom, without accommodations.
In the event of an emergency that would prevent the student from scheduling an exam using Student eForms, the student should contact the Accessibility Services Coordinator for assistance. It is the discretion of the Coordinator to waive the three business day requirement, and will be based on nature of emergency, availability of exam materials, available facility and staff to proctor exam.
Example of three business days:
If your class is taking the exam at 10:00 am on Friday, you must schedule the exam before 10:00 am on Tuesday.
Monday exams must be scheduled before the exam time on the Wednesday before. Tuesday exams must be scheduled before the exam time on the Thursday before. Wednesday exams must be scheduled before the exam time on Fridays.
NOTE: If your faculty members may require more than 3 business notice of an exam, you are responsible for following their policy.
