You will take the following technology with you over the summer. This equipment is assigned to you and is your responsiblity. If you move to another campus you will still keep the following technology.

If assigned an iPad- All iPads will be turned in over the summer

ALL iPads will be turned into technology. (please back-up any desired data, sign-out of iTunes & iCloud, and if set-up, remove the passcode before appt.)
Place iPad, charging block and cord in a ziploc bag labeled with your name and campus location
Place in campus designated area with student devices to be picked up by technology
Items will be subject to inspection for damage. Repair costs and failure to return devices will be deducted from employee’s paycheck, if necessary.

Yes, please ensure that all campus end of year procedures have been followed. Bring all technology items to your scheduled appointment.
It is the user’s responsibility to submit a work order immediately if there is a technical issue with their teaching device(s). It is the user’s responsibility to report a stolen or missing device within 24 hours of the incident. It is very important these steps are taken prior to the device turn in dates.
In the event a device needs repair, enter a work order to report the issue. All repairs will be performed by Nacogdoches ISD Technology Department. Employees or their family members, friends, or contacts are not allowed to attempt repairs themselves or to contract with any other individual or business to repair any district-owned computer equipment.
It is the user’s responsibility to return their device in the same condition as it was when they signed for it. If there is any sign of cosmetic damage a charge will be assessed.

Under no circumstance should a device be left at the campus or checked in to another staff member outside of the Technology Department. The user is responsible.
