End of Year Classroom Technology Procedures 

The following items REMAIN in the classroom:

• Telephone and attached cords (place in a cabinet)

• Flat Panel and attached cords (wrap cords behind flat panel and unplug from power source)

• Docking station (leave all cords plugged in and secure to the Velcro on the back of the flat panel)

• Chromebox (power off and leave as is attached to the back of the flat panel)

Reminder!!! Do not unplug cords from the Flat Panel. 

Cords include: USB Touch, HDMI, Ethernet, Power Cord, and any additional cords already attached to the flat panel.

Collect the following and place in your technology bag:

Teacher iPads

Place the following in a Ziploc Bag and turn into your Digital Learning Specialist:

• iPad in the case

• Charger and cord

• Remove any passcodes (sign out of iTunes if applicable)

Select the option that relates to you and follow the directions.
