Yale University - Academic Yale College Courses

Qualified New Haven public high school juniors and seniors, who have been selected by their schools, can enroll in a Yale academic course. Tuition is covered for participating students, who are responsible only for the cost of textbooks and other course materials. This program provides an opportunity for high school students to experience a collegiate academic setting and earn credits that may then be transferred to the college of their choice following high school graduation.  Must get a minimum B- in the course for credit.

Southern CT State University

Southern Connecticut State University partners with New Haven to provide college courses for eligible high school students. With a signed agreement in place, students may earn up to 30 college credits by successfully completing dual enrollment courses at their high school or at SCSU on a space-available basis. As a partner of our Early College program, tuition for students is waived for Early College courses taught at your high school or at SCSU!

University of New Haven

College Before College (CBC) - The College Before College partnership program offers juniors and seniors who qualify for New Haven Promise, a jumpstart on their college career. Students who are selected for this program will take one college course on the University of New Haven campus with University faculty and staff.
