Students will finish their PIES poster
We will begin our unit on the nutritional needs of infants, toddlers and preschoolers
Students will work on planning a healthy snack for a toddler babysitting activity
Students will learn how to do laundry as one of their babysitting skills

Guest speakers: We had a family come in and share about a day in the life of raising their two children. Students played games and worked with the visiting children (5 years and 2 years) at stations and then they had Q&A time with the guest parents.
Guest speaker: Our class volunteer, Ms. Sparrow came in and shared about the importance of cognitive development as reinforcement for our PIES unit
Students worked on collaborative posters for their final projects to reflect what they have learned in their PIES unit.

Students worked on reflections of what they liked about storytelling and why it is important to read to children
