The Career Readiness Partner Council has developed a document defining what it means to be Career Ready. They provide information on academic and technical knowledge and skills needed to become Career Ready. Additionally, they indicate employability knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to be Career Ready and what is necessary to build a comprehensive system that supports career readiness.
