If you need accommodations for the exam (even if you already have an IEP, 504, or LEP plan on file with the school) you must make contact with the SSD Coordinator, Mrs. Gay (autumnlee.gay@nhcs.net), and the School Testing Coordinator, Avala Nealy (avala.nealy@nhcs.net), by no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, August 25, 2025. Failure to make contact by this date may mean that your accommodations will not be approved by College Board for the PSAT Exam. When making contact, ensure that you are providing this form: https://accommodations.collegeboard.org/pdf/ssd-consent-form-accommodations.pdf as well as any medical documentation that you feel would be helpful.
