after Parent and Students have signed, then Mrs. Tackett will get the principal/designee signatures to finalize this process.*

Step 1: Fill Out an Online Application (Choose College Transfer Pathway or Career and Technical Education Pathway--NOT Cooperative and Innovative High School). Remember to check the box to send your transcript electronically

Step 2: Save the online application confirmation as a PDF or take a screenshot of it.

Step 3: Print off the correct Pathway Approval Form. Sign the paperwork, have your parents sign the paperwork.

Step 4: Write your application confirmation number on the top of your Pathway Approval Form

Step 5: Scan and send the Pathway Approval Form to me at kristen.tackett2@nhcs.net or ktackett@cfcc.edu. *You can download the CamScanner App if you need to or just take a picture and email it to me.
