The Campus Parent mobile app is free and available for Android and iPhone devices. If is also accessible on laptop/desktop computers. The County Code is 650.
Any changes to contact information, address, emergency contacts, etc. will require a Change Request through your Parent Portal.
Please note that while we understand that access to a Parent Portal is important, hardcopy student schedules will be available on August 18th for Open House.
If you need assistance with a password reset or portal creation, please use the link above but please know that it may take some time with the beginning of school year work in our data management office.
26-27 Parent Portal Info
The NHCS website has step by step instructions for parents signing up for and/or accessing Parent Portals. Click this link to go to the website instructions.
The information provided on their website is broken down into two tabs:
1) Existing Parent Portal Users
Parents who had 25-26 access and students in NHCS schools
and
2) New Parent Portal Users
Please note that if your student is new to public school and Hoggard this year, you will need their Student ID. We are NOT allowed to provide these numbers over the phone or via email. You may have to wait until school starts and your student provides their number to you.
All students can now access their Unofficial Transcript directly through Infinite Campus. This will show their Weighted GPA, Unweighted GPA, and Class Rank.
When students log into their Campus portal, they can access their unofficial transcript by:
1) Click the Main Menu
(three horizontal lines icon top left corner)
2) Select Documents
3) Choose Unofficial Transcript to view or print
All students can also view their Academic Plan Progress Report from their portal:
1) Click the Main Menu
(three horizontal lines icon top left corner)
2) Select Documents
3) Select Other
4) Select Academic Plan Progress Report
Students can select a summary or a detailed view of the progress.
The Summary Report includes information on the student's assigned graduation program, their on-track status, and the student's progress.
The Detail Report includes all of the information in the summary report, plus the information on the specifics of the requirement, and allows the selection of credit type details, course requirement details, test requirement details and compound requirement details.
