General Information
In order to establish your new Campus Parent Portal, parents / guardians must complete all of the questions that pop up in link and account first as they are the gateway to the Parent Portal. (FERPA questions, confirmation of contact information, household members, etc.)
If you do not see all of your students in your portal, it indicates an error in your Campus Household. Complete the form below to request correction.
Please note that we cannot provide any student ID numbers over the phone or via email.
Attendance Information
Absent students have 10 days from their return to campus to submit absence notes/doctor's notes. Students should drop notes in the metal attendance box mounted in the main entrance. Phone calls and emails are not accepted.
Use our student check-out form for pre-planned appointments. All check-out entries must be completed two (2) hours in advance. Plan for a phone call from the Main Office to confirm. Students will be responsible for obtaining their Blue Pass and properly checking out in the office.
Please note that our form is a courtesy for parents and sometimes we must take it offline for various reasons. When it is offline, a message with alternate check-out methods will be posted.
Students who are ill should go to the Nurse's Office.
For immediate and emergency check-outs, please come to the Main Office with your photo ID.
Students who are testing will not be checked out until ALL students have completed testing. This includes AP, IB, Teacher Made Exams, and EOCs.
