Career & College Promise Program 

(Dual Enrollment with CFCC)

The Career & College Promise (CCP) program is for qualified high school juniors and seniors who want to begin their two or four year college work, tuition free, while they are in high school. The program is through a partnership with Cape Fear Community College.  Eligibility requirements are different depending on the program/pathway of interests.

FOR NEW CCP APPLICANTS

You are eligible to apply if you are a rising junior or senior and have a 2.8 unweighted GPA.*


FOR THOSE READY TO APPLY (current 10th or 11th)

    SIGN UP FOR HELP SESSIONS AHEAD OF TIME IN STUDENT SERVICES:


1. Getting Started: 2/13, 2/15, 2/19, 2/22 during Flex

2. Application Sessions: 3/11-3/15 during Flex

Recommended deadline to apply for summer/fall 2024 classes is 3/28

3. Course Planning Sessions: 4/9, 4/10, 4/11 during Flex

4. Summer/Fall Registration: 4/15 every block, 4/16 & 4/18 during Flex

Recommended Application Deadline for New Applicants (Summer/Fall 2024): March 28

Registration for Summer/Fall 2024 classes opens: April 15

*If your GPA is lower than a 2.8, you still have access to a smaller set of CCP Pathways. See your counselor for more info.
