CBES Student Context Data Form- This 5- 10 minute tool allows the teacher to gather perspective about nominated, potentially nominated students, and any student at any grade who show signs of the need for advanced differentiated instruction. After completing this form, a one-page summary will be sent to the gifted specialist who will then return the summary to the teacher. That summary can be used to help articulate pointed observations about the student.
CBES Teacher Collaboration Form- This 5-10 minute form alerts the gifted education specialist to the need of classroom teachers. After submitting this form, the GES will respond to the teacer's request.
