Request Assistance
Employees and immediate family members of employees facing catastrophic events such as illness, natural disasters, home catastrophe, funeral expenses, or military service who have worked at NFI for at least 60 days may apply for support with NFI Cares.
To apply for NFI Cares, please fill out the form below or click here to access the PDF version and submit it to HR Help. To do this, visit HR Help and click on "I have a question on NFI Policies." Be sure to put "NFI Cares" in the subject line, as shown in the picture on the right.
To access the PDF in Spanish, click here. Employees can also contact the My-NFI Service Center at 877-696-3409 for help completing the application. Applications will be reviewed by the NFI Cares committee.
