The NFI Cares Program is temporarily paused, and the voting committee is not reviewing applications at this time.
This program is designed to foster the culture of caring at NFI by supporting employees when they need it most. NFI Cares allows employees to apply for support when facing financial distress or hardship due to a catastrophic event.Â
Sid, Ike, and Jeff Brown founded the program and granted the starting funds to give back and support the dedicated employees of NFI. Employees who want to contribute can make tax-deductible donations via single or recurring payroll deductions to support co-workers in need.
