Please join us for a face to face session to learn more about our IBDP programme in Year 12 and Year 13. We welcome you and your child to join us for an overview of the programme and an opportunity to discuss the subjects.
Please let us know if you are coming by signing up here. This will help us cater for the event.
We look forward to welcoming you and your children on campus for this event.
IGCSE certificates have arrived from the Examination boards. Year 12 learners can now pick up their IGCSE certificates from Learner Services on L2.
Please note that the IGCSE examination boards do not confirm the timetable until Term 3. It is worth noting these have run from April to the end of June and you may want to delay booking any flights until the schedule is confirmed. Nexus has no control over these dates and they can run on public holidays and into the summer holidays. We will share the schedule as soon as it is available.
Nexus holds trial examinations for Year 11 learners from 9th January to 20th January and for Year 10 learners from 10th April to 20th April. These are deliberately placed to allow maximum teaching to have occurred before the assessments to ensure realistic experiences for learners and authentic feedback on their performance. These dates also ensure that there is sufficient time for learners to work with their teachers to maximise their chances of success.
The IB have published a provisional schedule for the May 2023 examinations which run between April 27th and May 19th. Please note Nexus has no control over these dates and they can run on public holidays.

Not able to pick up in person?
Please complete this form, and we will send your card home with your child.
If your eldest child is in:
Year 5 and above - Your child must collect your card from Learner Services
Year 4 and below - Your card will be delivered to your child in class
Turnstiles
Phase 1: 07-Nov to 11-Nov
All turnstiles will continue to be open during peak times, but if you are arriving at school between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, they may be closed. Guards will open the turnstiles for you in case you don't have your new ID card yet.
Phase 2: 14-Nov to 25-Nov
All turnstiles will continue to be open during peak times. During non-peak times, should you come to school without the new parent card, you will be asked to register as a visitor at the guardhouse and you will be issued a guest card.
Phase 3: 28-Nov onwards
The turnstiles on Level 1 by Security will be closed at all times and you and your children will need ID cards to enter at this point, but the turnstiles on Level 2 will continue to be open during peak times. However, should you or your children not have an ID card at any time (even at peak time at the turnstiles on Level 2) you will be redirected back to the guardhouse where you will be asked to register as a visitor and be issued a guest card, and thus your entrance into school will be delayed.
Car Decals
If you drive to school, and use the car park, please collect a car decal once you have registered your car with us. You will need your car IU as well as your licence plate in order to do so. Please add or update your vehicle information through this link. Car decals can be collected from Learner Services, or we can send it home with your child.
