To support their development work for their current Unit on Printmaking, Year 12 Visual Art learners visited Singapore Tyler Print Institute (STPI). This enabled them to learn as well as use resources to develop their own work using the etching and aquatint Printmaking technique. As STPI has become one of the cutting-edge destinations for contemporary art in Asia, this trip exposed learners to the process of printmaking and how other artists approached this medium. They were given a tour of the workshop and an insight into ongoing artists experiments.
