A wonderful breakfast kicked off our Year 6 Digital Citizenship Mini Exhibition on Monday. There was a fantastic feeling in the cafeteria as our learners mixed with all of their parents and peers. A short showcase in the Auditorium followed, with some of our learners sharing some tips and tricks. We then moved into the Year 6 Learning Area, where everyone explored what it is to be a digital learner. A big "Thank You" goes out to all of our parents for supporting their children as they begin their independent digital journey. We look forward to sharing our learning with you throughout the year.
The Year 6 Team
Nursery and Kindergarten held their first 'Stay & Play' sessions this week. We welcomed our families to join us for the start of our day and to have fun and learn with us.
In Nursery, the learners made beautiful photograph frames with their parents to display on our Relationship Tree. They also engaged in a Maths activity decorating biscuits with coloured sweets and spent time exploring slimy spaghetti and letters in the Sensory Area.
In Kindergarten, the children and their families had a wonderful time making musical instruments together, playing 'pin the nose on the clown' and trying out the Maths games that the children had designed by themselves.
