Physical Health Education

This has been a great year for our FUNdamentals programme. We are in a space and have the time to complete the programme as envisioned. And wow, are the benefits showing. Learners in their physical development have flourished and their social-emotional learning grows as they do.

Highlights from teachers:

Mrs. Sarah: The progress our learners have made from the start of the year to now. Whether it is in their physical skills, their knowledge and understanding or their social skills. I am so proud of each learner

Mr. Russell: The enthusiasm of the learners. No matter what was going on, learners came to PHE full of enthusiasm and energy ready to take on challenges and be risk takers.

Miss. Dale: Seeing the learners succeed and the talent they have. Seeing learners growing in confidence.

Miss Iffa: Seeing learners gain self confidence and trust in their abilities. Lovely to see that growth from Term 1 to Term 4

Please ensure your child has a water bottle and appropriate footwear (trainers, no crocs or sandals) on PHE days.

Wow! What a year and how quickly it has passed for the PHE Team. Remembering back to Term 1 when we had Cross Country and although it was hot learners gave their best. When Sports Week came around learners couldn't wait to get on the field or into the sports halls to show off their skills and gain points for their houses.

What a great year! SwimFest was a massive success. Learners had fun, built their water confidence and challenged themselves in lots of different ways.
