Our Year 9 students have been busy putting their scientific skills to the test. They’ve designed, conducted, and concluded their own experiments, and now it’s time to share their amazing work with you.
Each group of learners has taken on the challenge of linking their experiment to a UN Sustainable Development Goal, showing how creativity and scientific innovation can help make the world a better place. 🌍
Join us for an afternoon of discovery and inspiration as the students present their projects in a poster showcase. There will even be external judges, teaming up with Nexus staff to help crown the winning groups! 🏆
We’d love for you to come along and celebrate the hard work and talent of our young scientists. We look forward to seeing you there.

KS4 Band 'Red Prawn' shine in FOBISIA Battle of the Bands!
Tomas (Vocals), Alex (Bass), Ari (Guitar) and Grace (Drums) impressed a star-studded panel of judges and walked away with a Silver Award amongst a very high standard of competition.
The event took place at Nexus' sister school in Kuala Lumpur and featured more than 30 member schools of FOBISIA.
We are already looking forward to next years event!

IB Diploma Exams May 2025 Session - this is the official IB exam schedule for the May 2025 exams.
Please note that IGCSE and IB final exams are set by external organisations and we have no control over the dates. Examinations may fall during school holidays and on public holidays.

IGCSE Exams Timetable May/June 2025 - this schedule is for Y11 learners taking their final IGCSE exams in May/June 2025. Please note that the dates and times of the exams are dictated by the exam boards: Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel and cannot be changed.
Exams start at the end of April and finish on 16 June 2025.

The Drama Department are proud to present a week dedicated to highlighting the Drama and Dance talent at Nexus.
Week Beginning 10th March 2025 we will be hosting a variety of events including a performance of our Senior Play - Blue Stockings - featuring our brand new Nexus Theatre Society - Act 3, two Young Performer of the Year Competitions highlighting Drama and Dance Talent and showcases from our Year 11 and Year 13 Drama and Theatre students.
Whilst rehearsals for Blue Stockings are already underway, there is still time to submit your entry for our Young Performer of the year competitions. click here for more information about how you can enter.
