The time has come to celebrate Christmas at Nexus! Please find below some essential information to making the event a success for the whole Nexus community:

Volunteers
We are still in need of volunteers to help us out on the day to cover stalls in the following areas:
- Book & Toy Stall
- Carnival Games and Inflatables
- Arts & Crafts stations
- Food stalls
- Face Painting Queue Management
- Grotto Queue Management
We also need adults to help us set up the Christmas Fair on Friday 8th December. If you can help, please meet us in the Eco Cafe at 8:30 on Friday 8th.
Events like the Christmas Fair only work when we have people physically helping out so if you are able to spare any time, we would really appreciate your help. We may have to alter/cancel certain activities if we can't get enough volunteers to keep areas safely covered.
If you have any time, please complete this Google Form by Monday 4th December. Feel free to specify areas you would like to help out with and write in the notes if you just have 30 mins to spare.

Pre-purchase your Nexmas Fair tokens
To keep things simpler on the day, we will once again be running a token-based system for payments at the fair. Tokens will be on sale from 1 Dec by the Eco Cafe both in the morning and in the afternoon. Tokens are worth $1 each and can be used across the fair. Payment for tokens can be made by PayNow or cash. If you aren't able to be in school, you can also order your tokens using this link.

Calling all cooks, bakers, foodies and tasters! Do you have a tasty delight that you would to share at this year's Nexmas Fair? We are excited to accept both sweet and savoury contributions to sell for snacks at the fair. If you would like to donate, please add to this spreadsheet by Monday 4th December so we know what we will have. If you have already written on the Volunteers Sign Up Google form, you do not have to add to the spreadsheet.
Food items will be collected starting the morning of the fair at 8am beside the eco cafe.

It's your last chance to purchase Christmas baubles! Get your orders in before Monday 4th December by using this link. These baubles are beautiful on their own but can also be opened to insert a small gift, gift-card, business card or treats. They come individually packaged and can be collected during the Nexmas Fair, making gifting easy for you this year.
