As we get busy with the holidays approaching, it's easy to forget our usual practice of taking care of our mental health. Here are some tips which you can use to maintain your mental health and take care of yourself and your child this year end:
Get creative, start a blog or website project with your child
Start thinking about things you have been putting off for a long time and make a plan to get them done
Do plenty of exercises with your child (try different ones!)
Learn some new songs
Keep in touch with people who can positively impact your mental health
