Oral Exams IBDP (French & Spanish): Wednesday, 3 March
Oral Exams IGCSE (French): Tuesday, 9 March
End of Term 3: Friday, 19 March (School finishes at the usual time)

Secondary School Options and Parents Evenings
At present we believe group sizes are still limited to a maximum of 50 even as Singapore moves into Phase 3 at the end of December. With this in mind, we believe events with our parents will need to continue being online and the school is planning accordingly. Should things change, we will notify you and will of course look forward to welcoming you back to campus and joining us face to face.
On Wednesday 13 January 2021 there will be an online opportunity to find out more about IGCSE options. This session will run twice - once at 5pm and again at 6pm.
On Wednesday 20 January 2021 there will be an online opportunity for Year 9 families to meet with their child's subject teachers. This provides an excellent opportunity to find out more about their capabilities and discuss the best IGCSE pathway for your child.
On Tuesday 9 February 2021 there will be an online opportunity to find out more about the options for Years 12 and 13 at Nexus.
On Wednesday 17 February 2021 there will be an online opportunity for Year 13 families to meet with their child's subject teachers. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss the children's targets from the trial exams and help them prepare for their final exams in May.
On Wednesday 24 February 2021 there will be an online opportunity for Year 11 families to meet with their child's subject teachers. This provides an excellent opportunity to discuss their targets from the trial exams and help them prepare for the final exams in May and June. This evening also provides you with an opportunity to discuss subject selections as they enter into Year 12 and 13.

Primary School Learning Conferences
On Friday, 5 February 2021 the Primary School will be CLOSED to allow for the Primary School Learning Conferences to take place. This year they will take place online.
Learning Conferences are formal sessions for parents that are, in the main, led by the learners themselves. Our teachers will have guided and prepared your children for this experience. The emphasis is on the discussion between you and your child around their learning journey. Full details will be emailed to you early next term. Once you receive this email, you will be able to book your online time with your child's homeroom teacher through the Parent Portal. Through SeeSaw activities to engage the whole family, your child will also share learning in all specialist areas.

A reminder that CCA Season 2 will start in Term 3. Do look out for the email in the new term with information on when to sign up and what activities will be offered. Season 2 will allow us to bring back some exciting off-site CCAs such as Golf and Wall Climbing so be sure not to miss it!
