Welcome to Nexus!
We're excited to have you join our community. To help you get started, we've put together some helpful information below.
We recommend buying 2 sets each of ordinary uniform (polo and shorts/skorts) and of the PE (physical education uniform). Shoes can be any colour as long as they have closed toes to avoid injury. Bags and hats can be the learners' choice.
We have a variety of food being served daily, including allergen-free meals with ingredients sourced from halal-certified suppliers. You can order your meals from the link above, bring in packed lunches or use the EZ link transit card to purchase food as you go.
We have a number of minibuses which safely collect your children from across Singapore before school, after school and after the co-curricular activities. Please contact them directly to arrange pickup and drop-off arrangements to your living area.
As a new Nexus parent, the Parent Zone is where you can find all the information and links you will need. You can access it from the main school webpage without any login details.
You will find information on buses, school meals, extra-curricular activities and more. It is also a good way of familiarising yourself with the things that go on at Nexus. You can also find links to all our newsletters, so you can see what has been happening recently.
Your Student Contract sent via Zegal has been completed.
A copy of your child(ren)’s green visa card - Dependent Pass/Student Pass - or valid approval to study in Singapore has been submitted to the school.
You will receive a log in to our iSAMS Parent Portal - this is our main source for personal information on your family so please log in and check your emergency contact details are correct and update if necessary.
Please send through photos with a white background for us to generate your parent passes via this form. Your child's photo will be taken on Orientation Day for their Learner Pass.
The only learners needing to purchase from a book list are those entering our exam courses - Years 10-13.
Click here to find the book lists for:
Years 10-11
Years 12-13
Subject choices are normally confirmed once term has commenced.
Those entering Year 7 and above should complete this Google form. They spend a lot more of their time moving around the campus seeing different people so it's good to get an overview of their personality.
For our budding musicians who would like to have instrumental lessons on a particular instrument as part of their school day, please find our instrumental booklet here. Contact our music team to sign up!
Any vehicles entering into Nexus will need to be registered to enter automatically via this form. Please drop by Learners Services to pick up a decal.
Please contact Learner Services for school related enquiries once enrolled. They will be able to answer any general questions you may have.

Once your child has started school, your main point of contact will be your child's homeroom teacher. Click on the button below to go to our staff page and you can search for your home room teacher once your child's class has been confirmed.
To email a member of staff, simply use:
teacher's surname.teacher intial@nexus.edu.sg - e.g. smith.j@nexus.edu.sg
In Primary school, we have Class Representatives —a lead parent for your class who can add you to the class WhatsApp group so that you can ask questions and start to feel connected with our community. In Secondary, there is a WhatsApp group for each year group.
Due to PDPA requirements, we cannot share your details with them, so you need to reach out to your class representative yourself, but the list of Class Rep contacts will be shared during the first week of school.
For those of you with younger learners joining Nursery & Kindergarten, we have an experienced Early Years team who can support your children and you through this transition.
Please note that your child MUST be fully toilet-trained before starting school. We are understanding of the fact that a big transition might mean that accidents happen but we need children to be able to read their own cues or alert someone to the fact that they need to visit the bathroom independently. This being in place means that our teachers conserve their time for the valuable teaching moments that make our early years so special.
