Thank you so much for volunteering to help with our Coastal Nutcracker! Without an Auditorium Technical Director, putting on a show of this size is going to be a huge task, and we are grateful for everyone's help.
Volunteers will get early access to ticket sales, too!

Volunteering will either be Front of House during performances, or backstage during performances, or in the weeks leading up to the show, or our 1 day of stage time to rehearse the entire show.
Front of House means you need to be at the Auditorium 40 minutes ahead of the show, and will be interacting with audience members. You can watch the show from the seats.
Backstage means you will be downstage with the dancers, and can watch their dance from the wings, which is a pretty special experience. You get to help create incredible fun and memories with our littlest dancers.
Technical help is going to be a big ask this year- we will have 1 day to get all our dance floor down, lights hung, focused, sets places and props hung, lighting cues set, and run through the show. Even if you don't have any experience with the technical aspect of the Auditorium, just being a willing and available set of hands will be greatly appreciated.
