YA Section

The young adult or YA section is a part of our library that is meant for our middle schoolers. The books in this section are of middle school interest, reading level, and maturity level. Sixth graders through eighth graders are automictically allowed to get any books in this section. Fourth and fifth graders can get into this section only if they have a signed permission slip from a parent. This permission slip is available for a few weeks at the beginning of each semester. Once a permission slip is turned in, it is good for one year. It is important that students never share YA books with other students, as all students may not have the permission.
