Transition Coordinator
I am the Transition Coordinator for Newton Public Schools. I work closely with school based teams as well as the other members of the Transition Team to support students, families and staff as thjey create a post-secondary plan. I am based out of the Ed Center and travel to other buildings as needed.
Employment & Community
Resource Specialist
I am the Employment and Community Resource Specialist. In my role I work closely with the Transition Team and other district programs to explore the world of work through a range of opportunities. I am based out of the Education Center and travel between buildings as needed.
Newton North
Transition Specialist
I am the Transition Specialist at Newton North High School. I work closely with staff, students, and families to help formulate a student's post-secondary plan, and connect students and families with community based resources.
Newton South
Transition Spcialist
I am the Transition Specialist at Newton South High School. I work closely with staff, students, and families to help formulate a student's post-secondary plan, and connect students and families with community based resources.
