Program Options are subject to change. Some activities require teacher recommendation and/or qualifying test scores for participation. 

Robotics

(Grades 4-5)

Students build cognitive and problem solving skills using robotics (cubelets) to complete various challenges. Robotic units are introduced and competed during school hours. 

Nanowrimo

 (Grades 4-5)

A challenging opportunity to write a novel in the month of November.  Completed novels earn free published copies of their books.

P.E.T.S. Primary Educational Thinking Skills 

(Grades K-2)

A enrichment program that focuses on developing thinking skills in the early grades. Instruction provided during WIN times by building staff.  

Computer Coding 

(Grade 4-5) 

Students participate in block coding challenges during assigned extension times. 

Engineering Challenges 

(Grades 4-5) 

Students participate in engineering challenges while learning about the engineering process during pull-out times. 

Virtual Tours 

(Grades 3-5)

Students are taken on virtual tours to supplement curriculum. Tours are given during the regular school day. 

Tiger History Museum

(Grades 3-5)

Students research topics of historical significance and create projects to showcase what they've learned. This is completed outside of the regular school day.
