Now that you have created a How To book last week, I want you to make another one this week. I know you are an expert on a lot of topics so choose one of your own. This week I want you to focus on:
Make sure the steps are listed one at a time. Putting two different instructions in one step could confuse the reader.
Look through a cookbook. Pay attention to the way the recipes are written.
Use strong verbs to write your story, such as blend, mash, crinkle, turn.
Let's revise our steps.
Check For:
Capitals
Lowercase letters
Punctuation
Now that you have written an introduction for your How-To book, we are going to write steps for your book.
Make sure to include full sentences and make sure it makes sense.
