Health Insurance

Our health insurance coverage is offered through the Southeast Indiana School Insurance Trust (SISIT), and administered through Anthem.  Eligible participating employees are encouraged to set up an account with Anthem.com or utilize the Sydney App to review their digital health card and individual health information.  They can also use these resources to access a variety of items such as 'Find Care' feature and their Find Care & Cost tool.  See additional information below.

Prescription Coverage

Our prescription coverage is with RxBenefits in partnership with CVS Caremark.  Eligible participating employees are encouraged to set up an account with Caremark.com or utilize the Caremark Mobile App to review their digital prescription card, manage profile information, request prescription refills and locate pharmacies.  See additional information below.

Health Savings Accounts

For employees that are eligible and participate in a High Deductible Health Plan, HSA accounts are maintained by Everwise Credit Union.  See additional information below.


Employee Health Clinic

For employees that are eligible and participate in a health insurance plan, Hancock Well-Being at Work clinic is available for healthcare provider visits, prescriptions and labs at no additional cost.  See additional information below.

Telehealth

For employees that are eligible and participate in a health insurance plan, First Stop Health is no cost telehealth care available 24/7, 365 days/year.  See additional information below.

Orthopedic Surgical Program

For employees that are eligible and participate in a health insurance plan, this unique program is available for use through HRH Orthopedic Center of Excellence, providing orthopedic surgical procedures at no additional cost.  See additional information below.

Cardiovascular Care Program

For employees that are eligible and participate in a health insurance plan, this unique program is available for use through Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center, providing cardiovascular care at no additional cost.  See additional information below.
