Our ancillary insurance coverage is offered through AFLAC through Steele Benefits.  Insurance eligible staff may select from a variety of options for coverage.  All plans are self-pay and premiums are deducted post-tax.  See short descriptions to the left, and additional information below.

Employees can log into the benefit portal to download and complete claim forms when needed.
