Tech Mentors DATA

Our mentors offered 487 hours of 1:1 support, 34 group PD sessions, provided tech support to 173 adults, and directly impacted 794 (some repeating) students from September 1-June 24.

PD offerings included support for School Library catalogs and systems, PearDeck, Nearpod, Google, and other software training, game based learning sessions, and media focused sessions. Mentors also sponsored first time after school clubs for students including a Robotics Club and a Multi-Media Creation Club. Students in the elementary library were impacted by instructional units on coding, robotics 3-D printing,  digital awareness and wellness, and makerspace activities.

DEAI Coaches DATA

Our DEAI Coaches spent many hours working on lesson plans, meeting with teams and other teachers in their content areas and district wide, and discussion diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion with specialists from our local BOCES. 

From September 1-June 24 our coaches attended 27 sessions with our BOCES partner, spent 146+ hours in district wide DEAI focused meetings, committed 539 hours to DEAI focused lesson planning, and attended coaching sessions with Matt Kay, author of Not Light But Fire.
