Google Classroom is like an online class notebook. It’s where teachers post assignments, materials, and announcements. It’s a great way to stay organized and see what’s coming up.

But when it comes to checking what’s actually missing or graded, Google Classroom isn’t always the best place. That’s because students can click “turn in” even if the assignment isn’t finished (or even started!), which makes it look complete when it’s not.

Most teachers don’t enter final grades there, either. For the most accurate and up-to-date info about your grades and missing work, always check ProgressBook.
