A Yearly CPD Schedule is shown in the table below. This will be delivered using Newsletters and Staff Meetings. Walkthrus material for these topics is included in the links below the table if you wish to explore these. Through Performance management and curriculum meetings individualised CPD may be given to you.

Overview

As part of the CPD at New Direction we will have

·      A Monthly Newsletter at the start of the month to set the scene for the months focus

·      2 Staff meetings a month

·      Weekly School debrief meetings in between staff meetings

The Newsletter (2 sides Max) to set our focus for the month on the different areas as well as any news etc.

This is to be a concise overview for teachers to reference but also to allow them to read about what they will be doing as a head start.

The Weekly debrief school meetings – 10 minutes to check everything is ok and pass on messages.
