PBIS

Positive Behavior Interventions

& Supports

PBIS is a school wide approach to discipline and process for creating safer and more effective schools. The purpose of Bryan and Benton Elementary's schoolwide discipline plan is to establish a foundation of life-long learners by becoming respectful, responsible, and considerate learners. Together, the home and school share the responsibility for developing good citizens. Parents, teachers, and students must work together to maintain a safe learning environment. PBS is based upon our philosophy of recognizing positive contributions of students.
