You can control the level of access users have.

As standard, Primary users will be provided with the tools they need to control and view recruitment activity across the entire business.

However Hiring Managers Access can be restricted to the information and tools they require simply to manage their own vacancies.

As standard, restricted users are given access to a list of predetermined key functionality. The exact level of access given to Hiring Managers is agreed at implementation.

As standard you system will include a number of default email templates to support efficient communication with candidates at each stage of your recruitment process.

You can edit any of the default templates as required and create an unlimited number of your own templates to support your specific communication requirements.

SMS text messages can be used to help speed up calls to action and immediately notify candidates of updates. Messages can be created and sent directly from within the system.
