THE BASICS

Who is Eligible?

All permanent & fixed-term Netflix Animation Studios employees hired in France and their eligible dependents. 

If enrollment is completed by the 5th of the month, your cover will begin as of the 1st of the current month. If enrollment is completed after the 5th of the month, your cover will begin as of the 1st of the following month. 

MEDICAL

Netflix offers a plan through Swiss Life/Cetim. The reimbursement level is 250% SS tariffs. Netflix will cover 100% of the premium for employees. Employees will be responsible for the premium for their dependents.

LIFE & DISABILITY INSURANCE

If you are a full-time, permanent employee, Netflix has taken out Life & Disability coverage for you with Swiss Life/Cetim. You'll be covered as of your date of hire, until you leave Netflix Animation. 

If you are a full-time, fixed-term employee, Netflix will make contributions to the Audiens Life Plan as of your date of hire, through your date of termination from Netflix. In the unfortunate case of your death, you are eligible for the payout of Life insurance, if a company is contributing on your behalf to the Audiens Life Plan, and has done so in the past 24 months, preceding the occurrence. Your level for disability is determined by the French Social Security; depending on their statement, you may be eligible for some benefits. 

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

At Netflix, we know you want to produce work you are proud of. In order to perform your best, you have to feel your best. You'll have access to six (6) free counseling sessions, and work-life referrals through the EAP program. 

EMPLOYEE GIVING
