Please follow the instructions below if you receive the below error message when trying to access a Document or Site.

The error occurs because you are signed in with a Google-account that does not have permissions to access Neste-managed content.

Usually, this happens because you are logged in with a personal Google account, e.g.

Below are the steps to solve the issue:

1. Log out of your current Google account by pressing the button below:

2. Try opening the Shared Drive or Site again, you should now be prompted to log in. Use the account information you received by email.

3. If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact
