How do I access my new Nesteprojects account?

You may login to your Nesteprojects account at and view all files shared with you, using the credentials that were sent in your account registration email.

How do I enable 2 factor authentication?

You can enable it by following this guide: 2 Factor Authentication

I can't see any documents at

By default, nesteprojects accounts do not have access to any Neste documents. Please ask your Neste contact to share the relevant files and folders.

Is two factor authentication needed?

Yes, every account needs to have two factor authentication enabled due to Neste security policy. This is why it's mandatory to have a phone number associated with each nesteprojects account.

How long will my account be active?

During account ordering, your Neste contacts decides the license duration for the account. 3, 6 and 12 month options are available.

You will get a notification a few weeks prior to account expiration to avoid accidental account deletion. Please note that even if your account is deleted, your data is still saved in Google Shared Drives.

What will a nesteprojects account have access to?

Your account has licenses to Google Gsuite tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail). By default, the account does NOT have access to documents. Each document, folder, or Shared Drive has to be separately shared with you.
