Meeting Model
(30-40 Minute Meeting)

• 3-4 Minutes: Review of collected information and summary

• 2-3 Minutes: Develop measurable learning and/or behavioral objective

• 6-8 Minutes: Brainstorm possible interventions

• 6-7 Minutes: Clarify and refinse suggestions

• 6-8 Minutes: Select an intervention

• 7-10 Minutes: Develop the Action Plan and determine when the follow up meeting should occurr (approximately 4-8 weeks after initial meeting)
