I. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing or using any eSIM package through the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

II. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Nova Studios provides digital eSIM connectivity packages that allow users to access mobile data networks through partner carriers.

Nova Studios is not a telecom carrier.
Nova acts as a digital service distributor and provisioning platform.

Actual connectivity is provided by third-party network operators.

III. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
  
  

• Have a compatible, unlocked eSIM-supported device
  
  

• Comply with local telecom laws
  
  

We are not responsible for device incompatibility.

IV. PAYMENT & PRICING

All prices are displayed within the App.

Payments are processed via:

• Apple App Store
  
  

• Google Play
  
  

• Authorized payment processors
  
  

Prices may change without prior notice.

Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.

V. NO REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Due to the digital and instantly provisioned nature of eSIM services:

All sales are final once:

• The eSIM QR code is issued
  
  

• The eSIM profile is downloaded
  
  

• The package is activated
  
  

We do not guarantee refunds for:

• Device incompatibility
  
  

• Incorrect installation
  
  

• Failure to read compatibility instructions
  
  

• Change of travel plans
  
  

• Partial data usage
  
  

Refunds may only be granted at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure attributable directly to our system.

VI. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

• Verifying device compatibility
  
  

• Ensuring your device is unlocked
  
  

• Installing the eSIM correctly
  
  

• Complying with local laws
  
  

We are not liable for:

• Roaming restrictions
  
  

• Network congestion
  
  

• Regional telecom blocking
  
  

• Speed fluctuations
  
  

• Coverage limitations

VII. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Data speeds depend on:

• Coverage area
  
  

We do not guarantee minimum speeds.

Fair usage policies of local operators may apply.

VIII. FRAUD & MISUSE

We reserve the right to:

• Block accounts
  
  

if fraud, abuse, or unlawful use is suspected.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Nova Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
  
  

• Loss of profits
  
  

• Business interruption
  
  

• Loss of data
  
  

• Travel disruptions
  
  

• Inability to connect due to local carrier issues
  
  

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant package.

X. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Users may delete the App at any time.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Nova Studios is legally registered, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
