Dr. David Everett
Dr. David L. Everett studies approaches to equity, inclusion and diversity in the context of organizational culture, climate and leadership. His work seeks to add to current discourse by focusing on the individual and institutional aspects necessary for systemic change.
As an Equity, Inclusion & Diversity specialist, Dr. Everett’s approach explores and evaluates the impact of institutional policies, processes and practices to achieve better overall results from equity, inclusion and diversity efforts.
Dr. Everett is a Certified Federal Mediator, Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, and has served as an adjunct instructor within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. Dr. Everett’s perspectives have been shared in The New York Times, Minneapolis Public Radio, as well as various forums, symposiums and workshops throughout the country.
